Refund and Return Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Giclee fine art print, we're here to help.

Returns

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your print must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hand embellished prints (custom/limited edition items)
  • Prints that have been damaged due to improper handling or storage
  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and address
  3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or version, please contact us. We'll be happy to help arrange an exchange subject to availability.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. Please note that customs duties paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.
